Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse

If you are at all into health and wellness, you're most likely aware of apple cider vinegar (ACV), it's uses, and benefits it has for your health. Besides having benefits for your internal self, ACV can also aid with exterior wellness. Today we're here to share a few benefits that you can reap from the use of ACV for the health of your hair and scalp.

Scalp Health

ACV has high antibacterial and antifungal properties due to its high levels of acetic acid, which will in turn combat unwanted bacteria that can lead to dandruff and hair loss; helping treat your dry and itchy scalp. Rising your scalp with ACV will also balance your pH levels that can help normalize your oil production. If you suffer from oily scalp issues, ACV will help minimize excess production.

Cleanses Hair

As women, we tend to style our hair and add several of products more often than not. From the shampooing and conditioning, to the products we put on our hair, we are creating product buildup and residue. ACV will help clarify your hair from excess build up that leave your hair looking dull and to help promote smooth and shiny hair.
