How to Prevent Hair Loss

Our hair is such a big part of who we see when we look in the mirror.  It sits on top of our heads, like a crown. Be Gentle

Let’s talk healthy hair practices! Are you abusing your hair without realizing it? Try to pay careful attention to how you treat your hair when you’re washing and styling, or even how you handle your hair throughout the day.  Be gentle with your hair when shampooing, don’t pull or comb through your hair when it’s wet. When brushing, start by brushing just the ends first, then slowly work your way up the length of the hair.  And pay attention to if you have any other bad-habits, like playing with your hair, twisting or picking at it.  These unconscious habits can lead to hair loss.
