Like anything else, healthy hair growth is a process. While we do not promise a magic pill or gummy that solves all your hair issues, we are confident that with at least 90 days of continued use, you will start seeing improved results and dare we say, fall in LOVE with your hair again?! 😍 If at any point after the 90 days into your #hairtaminjourney, you aren't satisfied with your results or feel you can't commit to the process, simply send back your bottles (even if they're empty) for a full refund of the purchase price of the product(s).That's how much confidence we have in our formulas!
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product(s) itself and not any shipping/custom fees you've paid. Shipping labels are provided through our return processing system below, and that cost will be deducted from your refund once issued.
Please note, you will be refunded for all the bottles you physically return. So if you purchased 6 bottles, for example, and only return 3, then you will only be refunded for the purchase price of the 3 bottles.
You have up to 1 year from the purchase date to return your purchase. The maximum number of bottles you can return is 12.
Please note, our Happy Hair Guarantee applies to purchases made on HAIRtamin.com. If your items are purchased at one of our authorized retail or 3rd party partners or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return policy/guidelines.
Haircare products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Bundles) are considered FINAL SALE.
RETURN STEPS
- Submit a return request. Please allow our HAIRtamin Customer care team up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
- A shipping fee applies to all USA and Canada returns. All exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. HAIRtamin will not cover the return shipping cost, please save your return tracking number.
- Please allow 1-2 business days once HAIRtamin has received the returned package to process your return or exchange. Once we have completed the return, you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HAIRtamin's hair care products (shampoo + conditioner), special bundles, or purchases made during our semi-annual BOGO sale are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Returns must be sent within 365 days of your original package delivery.
- The items must be mailed back with all bottles (regardless if they're empty) with your name and order number.
- Hairtamin purchased at retailers, or amazon.com do not qualify for the Money Back Guarantee Program.
- The maximum return that can be refunded is 12 bottles.
Start Your Return
Follow the steps listed above. You can print your return label right from your computer. Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Hairtamin will not cover any costs incurred for shipping. The shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
After your return is processed, it will typically take 2 - 7 business days for the funds to show on your bank statement. If you do not see a refund within that timeframe, please contact care@hairtamin.com.
Hairtamin is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers' responsibility to follow all directions. Hairtamin will not reimburse additional charges.
If a package is received damaged or mishandled, a photo must be provided indicating the damage and or mishandling before issuing a refund or a replacement.
It is the customers responsibility to contact the brand within 30 days for a failed delivery and/or damaged packaging in the event the package needs to be redelivered or returned after a thorough investigation.
