It’s important to KEEP ALL YOUR BOTTLES/JARS/TUBES to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Please note that our Happiness Guarantee applies to purchases made on HAIRtamin.com and Amazon.com (US & CANADA) only. If your item(s) were purchased at one of our authorized retail partners such as ULTA BEAUTY or CVS, HARRODS, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return/exchange policy/guidelines.

- Be sure to include your full name as it was entered when placing your order, your order number, email address, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason (this part’s totally optional ).
- Please allow our Customer Care team up to 48 business hours to review and respond to your request.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label to send back your items.
- You must return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty.
- Please allow 3-5 business days once we have received your returned package to process your return.
- You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed.
- You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the items you’ve returned less your original shipping fees (if any) and the return shipping fees.
- Returns are only valid for purchases made on HAIRtamin.com or Amazon.com (US & CANADA ONLY) If you ordered from Amazon.com, please contact AMAZON directly and you will receive instructions to process your return.
- All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
How do I get a prepaid return label?
Follow the steps listed above. You can print your return label right from your computer. Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Hairtamin will not cover any costs incurred for shipping. The shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
When can I expect to see my return payment back in my account?
After your return is processed, it will typically take 2 - 7 business days for the funds to show on your bank statement. If you do not see a refund within that timeframe, please contact email@example.com.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
Hairtamin is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers' responsibility to follow all directions. Hairtamin will not reimburse additional charges.
If a package is received damaged or mishandled, a photo must be provided indicating the damage and or mishandling before issuing a refund or a replacement.
It is the customers responsibility to contact the brand within 30 days for a failed delivery and/or damaged product/packaging in the event the package needs to be redelivered or returned after a thorough investigation.
