Enjoy free shipping on all orders the United States (US) and Puerto Rico above $75 USD, Canada above $125 USD and International above $200 USD NOTE: Processing times are 1-2 business days in addition to this. 

We offer worldwide shipping. We ship to all countries except (Belguim, Central African Republic, Comoros,Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kenya, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena (S.Atlantic), Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Republic Of Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Russia, Mexico, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine)  Please note all international orders are subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival.

Orders shipping within the US and Canada can take 2 - 5 business days to deliver.

Standard international shipping can take 10 - 15 business days to deliver.

All international orders except Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the country’s customs department upon arrival.

Please allow 5 business days after stated delivery to ensure your package wasn't mis-delivered. From time to time, couriers will find the package and have it redelivered accordingly. In the meantime, please check your front porch, side door(s), or any other premises around your house. Also, ask your neighbors just in case they received it for you. If after 5 business days you have not received your package, please email us at care@hairtamin.com and we will assist you with filing a lost/stolen package claim with the courier.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number/link provided in the email.  For a more accurate timeframe of your package delivery date, please contact the courier directly.

Although rare, packages can get lost in transit or mis-delivered. Please allow 5 business days after stated delivery to ensure your package wasn't delivered incorrectly and corrected by the carrier. From time to time, couriers will find the hiccup and have it redelivered accordingly. In the meantime, please check your front porch, side door, or any other premises around your house where packages are usually left. Also, ask your neighbors just in case they received it for you. If after 5 business days you have not received your package, please contact our customer care team at care@hairtamin.com and we will take the next steps to resolve this matter by filing a claim with the courier.

If your package is on hold and has not been delivered, it likely requires customs and duties payment for clearance. The courier may also determine it undeliverable based on an insufficient address. To clear your package, you must contact the carrier directly to make payment or provide updated information to complete delivery.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product and get a full refund of the purchase price up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week and Semi Annual Sales are final sale items. If you would like to return your order you must ship back your bottles for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer must pay for return shipping.

We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on HAIRtamin Advanced Formula, HAIRtamin Gummy Stars™, HAIRtamin MOM, BLOATamin®, Biotin Shampoo, & Biotin Conditioner when you purchase 3 or 6 bottles and on Scalp Serum when you purchase 2 or 3 tubes. You must use the vitamins as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product. It’s important to KEEP YOUR BOTTLES. You must return the bottles to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. Only bottles that are returned will be refunded. The maximum number of bottles you can return is 6.

Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping to our facility.

Subscription FAQs

It’s our monthly auto ship service. Take the hassle out of reordering every month with our subscription program. Our monthly subscription program gives you up to 20% off every order always! We encourage you to take it for at least 3 months to start seeing results.

You can log into your Customer Portal here. From there, you can click the option in the side menu: Manage Subscription where you'll be able to add  or edit your personal information, pause, or cancel your subscription.

Recurring orders are automatically placed every month on the same day your original order was placed. For example, if your order is placed on the 8th of the month, your reoccurring orders will process on the 8th of every month as follows until a request for cancellation or pause is made.

Rewards FAQs

Once you’ve signed up, you will start earning rewards and points on all your HAIRtamin purchases. Be sure to be logged into your account when making purchases to earn rewards. Your points and rewards status are valid for up to a year. If you make a return, your points will be refunded back to your account.
