You do not need to take this with another prenatal/postanatal vitamin. HAIRtamin MOM is a complete prenatal, postnatal, and hair vitamin. As always, please consult your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen especially as you are pregnant or have an existing medical condition.
If you are no longer breastfeeding and don't plan to become pregnant again in the near future, you can switch to one of our hair growth formulas: HAIRtamin Advanced Formula or Gummy Stars as they are stronger for hair health.
